I am extremely disappointed in the mug you produced. I ordered the 15 oz mug as shown on your website, but that is not what I received. In fact, I measured the liquid capacity, and it\'s 13.5 oz, not 15 oz. In addition, the background of the artwork I sent was white, but the final product has tiny pink and purple dots all over it. I will never be using your company again.

The effect is so realistic you feel you can reach out and touch the image as if you are in the photo. Price is the best on the web and the shipping was free. It was packed very well. I recently ordered what I thought was a rustic walnut frame for some art. Expecting actual walnut as described but what was in fact pine or some other cheap wood painted brown distressed and cheap looking. Not at all happy
