We're very pleased Just wanted to pass along that we've received our plaque mounting and it looks great! We're very pleased and I've sent you the balance from the invoice via paypal. Tom,	the frame looks good but... Received the frame - three points for your information. This took 2.5 weeks to receive - in my opinion that is too long unless you indicate as such on the order the mounting screw heads are much much too small - I have many tools - none fit your Robertson tiny heads - had to go to home depot and picked up 4x3/8 wood screws that finally worked the mounting flanges didn't fit my frame - I had to bend them to fit - not easily done - required my vice and heavy needle nosed pliers - my print was from Walmart and so I suspect they cheaped out on the thickness of the wood in the print - but I should have been able to adapt the mounting flanges more easily Other than that the frame looks good and works Jejoo,	it exceeded my expectations. I just received my order, and it exceeded my expectations. The service was outstanding, after making my order, I realized I made a mistake, and needed to make a change, the person I dealt with was extremely friendly, and understanding. She was even helpful on finding the correct size. The picture on the canvas came perfect. Will recommend this business to everyone. I look forward to ordering more. Thank you, keep up the great work.
