Plauqe mounting issue
My plaque mount has mounting issues. I will send a photo of the crease. KeenART: This was not due to a our error. This poster had very bad water or moisture damage to the it. So where the image has been damp or wet the paper shrinks and will not lay flat (you can notice this by rubbing your hand over the poster and it does not lay flat. Therefore when we laminate and drymount the print to the MDF wood the area where the poster has been moisture damaged will crease. Unfortunately we get a lot of these damaged prints sent to us every week as it is a cheap way to have it protected. I hope this helps. Good Morning; Thank-you for your prompt service and to let you know the picture turned out very well. I did have a concern as there is a \"popped\" nail head at the top but as it\'s in a dark tree and can only be seen at different angles I didn\'t think it was worth the postage and hassle to return it.I would certainly consider using your company again but would hope that the finished product could be checked over before sending it out.
