I was confused about my order which had been delayed.  I called and emailed and the customer service rep responded right away.  The order was delayed because one of the 6 items had been back ordered for at least another month and they offered to replace this item with another which was a bit more expensive and actually very suitable for my project. I really like this company and will continue to do business with them. Prices are great also!

  Carla Moroz, Calgary |  Not Happy... The instructions and feedback messages would have to be a bit more friendly.  There was no way of knowing if the order had been sent or received by you. Because of that I re-ordered and should not have.  The picture arrived with the mounting hook on the wrong end.  If I use the mounting hook then the picture is upside down.  
Other than that the framing and photo is very good.
