customer service was superb
I just received a Gallery Wrap, the order was placed on 2/6/2012 and was delivered yesterday, 2/10/2012. I had scanned in a 41 year old 4x5 wedding photograph, to replace a faded 41 year old canvas print on our wall for Valentines day. My wife was overjoyed when she saw the Gallery Wrap. I am more than happy with the quality of the product. I had concerns about a 600 dpi scan from such a small print making a quality 16x20 but your representative was correct when she told me this would work. I thought customer service was a thing of the past however dealing with CanadaOnCanvas has changed that. I received a frame that was not square and contacted customer service. They were apologetic and immediately corrected the order with no problem. Their personal attention and speedy response was incredible. Just received my canvas print. The result is very nice and the price was very competitive. My only complaint is that I thought I was getting something done in Halifax, NS. I was surprised when I realized the print was made in BC by KeenART Media. I\'m a bit puzzled why it\'s called \"HalifaxOnCanvas\" KEENART: WE WILL HAVE A BRANCH IN HALIFAX IN FUTURE.
