not happy I ordered 3 shadow boxes that I was going to give as Christmas presents.  The quality of the frames themselves were fantastic, I was very happy with them.  Unfortunately they sent the wrong foam core backing (I ordered black, but they sent white) so I had to spend another $16 on Amazon to purchase the correct colour.  I tried to reach out to them via phone call numerous times, but nobody ever answered.  I even left a voice mail and nobody got back to me.  Overall, happy with frames, but hard to contact them if issues arise.

Our replace pictures have arrived and although FedEx did their best to damage them again, your careful inner packaging kept them in perfect condition. I happily mounted one this morning and my office looks great! Now when I see this, not only will I be tempted need of my daughter who bought the print for me, but you folks as well. There is a lot of love and care in this picture.

  K. and D.,  |   Terrible experience. Ordered frame on March9th, arrived May7th. Arrived with two visible dents in frame material. And 2/4 clips on back have fallen off just taking it out of box. Quite disappointed. 
KeenART: The frame was a backorder item and because of covid-19 there is delays when ordering from suppliers unfortunately.
