SERVICE: I\'m so very happy that I choose Keenart over Amazon. I purchased 2 frames and made an oversight error on my initial order. The Keenart staff immediately picked up on it and emailed me with a request for precision. The following exchange of emails were nearly instantaneous. Thank you for that. PRODUCT: The frames are perfect. I choose the thinner ones and I was worried about their capacity to handle a 30\"x60\" heavy canvas. They are built strong - good wood, not too heavy, perfect fit. I\'m extremely happy with the final product. SHIPPING: Would have preferred Canada Post but they used CANPAR which easily gets confused with simple addresses (previous dealings with them were the same... Still better than Purolator...) They missed the first delivery and I caught up to the truck on the 2nd attempt... (Condo towers seem overly complicated for their drivers). OVERALL: Fantastic service, product and end result. I will order again and refer them in the future.

I just wanted to let yo know I was very impressed with the canvas and treatment on my two pieces. Also impressed with the finishing around the mount. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the wrap…I went with the recommended pixel wrap, but this ended up looking like tiny pinstripes around the sides-almost like a barcode in places. It is unlike any canvas wrap finish I have seen from other suppliers. I will need to rethink the borders before do more. You have a great product though.
