I've been really happy with the results, and have had several friends ask me to pass along your website information for them to do similar projects.

The instructions and feedback messages would have to be a bit more friendly. There was no way of knowing if the order had been sent or received by you. Because of that I re-ordered and should not have. The picture arrived with the mounting hook on the wrong end. If I use the mounting hook then the picture is upside down. Other than that the framing and photo is very good.
